Found a bug, got stuck, or have an idea for a tool? Send us a message. HandyTechHelper is a small project run by Evil Duck Games, and messages are read by the people who build the site. We reply by email, usually within a few days.

Before writing, the Help page answers the most common questions, and every tool page has steps and fixes for that tool.

What happens to your message

• Your name, email address, message and the page you came from are stored on our server, encrypted, so we can reply.
• Messages are deleted automatically after 365 days, or sooner once dealt with. Ask us to delete yours at any time.
• Your email address is used only to answer you. It is not added to any mailing list.

For billing questions about a Plus, Pro or Pro Max plan, include the email address on your account. To cancel a subscription yourself, use the Subscription section of your account. See the privacy page for how we handle data.
